We are sure that you will love your new product, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email/contact us within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.This refund offer does not apply to products damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

Shipping Policy:

All orders placed before 10:00 am (AEST) on regular business days will be shipped on the same day, unless otherwise informed. All orders placed on holidays and on weekends will be shipped the first following business day. In the process that we are unable to fulfil your order we will advise you be email within 48 hours.

Australian Shipping: Orders are shipped via Australia Post.

RETAIL customers pay a flat $9.00 shipping charge for each order placed.

WHOLESALE customers pay a shipping charge based on the order size and weight.

International Shipping: Orders are shipped by Australia Post Air Mail. From the shipping date your parcel should arrive at the ship-to address within 7 to 10 business days, depending on destination. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.

Australia Goods and Services Tax (GST) is not applicable on international orders.
